¶ PVYmeeting | Getting started
PVYmeeting is the big Brother of PVYwebcall and offers Enterprise Features, a Web Meeting Console to manage your Rooms with certain presets, such as authentication rules, settings for moderator and attendees and also lets you store often reused presentations or files you use for training or sales meetings.

¶ Integrations
PVYmeeting consists of two components, the meeting console, where you manage your rooms with presets - you can share any room you created with colleagues in the same organization. PVYpad, integrated as shared notes, lets you present a schedule/bullet list or make live a protocol of your meeting, which can be exported as pad, pdf, docx or html.
¶ PVYcal
On PVYcal you can enable PVYmeeting on your Eventtypes as a Meeting URL and define one of the rooms you like to use. You can use for each meeting type a different room with its presets. Very handy for often booked meetings with the same subject.
¶ PVYgroupware
Within PVYgroupware, you can schedule for your contacts and internal users Webmeetings, while creating a new Calendar item.
