¶ PVYvault Administrator Portal
For PVY@enterprise we ship an additional Administration Portal which empowers Organization to be compliant with certain IT Standards for Audits & Log trailing. The Administration Portal Access is limited to PVY-ID Organisation Sys Administrator only and can be extened in PVYcentral to two more People.
¶ Administrator Portal Features
Please note, the Administrator Portal does not allow you to obtain a MasterKey of an User, or change his Password. This is technically due our Security Architecture and used Encryption impossible. But it gives you certain Compliance Features such as the Retrieval of the Structure in your PVYvault:
¶ Accounts
List, Search and Delete Accounts. Users involvement in shared Vaults.
Date of Joined an Organisation, Date of last Access of an Shared Vault.
¶ Interactions
Delete User (Irrersible), Remove Organisation from a User.
Visible: Shared Vaults User is in, but no Passwords or Details.
¶ Organizations
List, Search and Delete Organisations. Date of Joined an Organisation, Date of last Access of an Shared Vault and last update Date of Vault Items. Owner of Organisation, Members of Organisation
¶ Informations associated with an Organization Group
- Organization Groups - Members/Users allocated to this Organization Group (Name, ID, Member-Name, Member-Emailaddress)
- Vaults in Organization Groups allocated (ID, Date of Creation)
- Pending Organization Invites (Lists E-Mail Addresses, which didn’t complete the Organization Joining / Onboarding Process)
¶ Interactions
List, Search and Delete Organisations. Users allocated to Organisation and Organisation Vaults. Delete Organisation and its Vaults, but no Passwords or Details of an Vault Item can be retrieved. (Irrersible)
¶ Logs
List, search and view Signups to your PVYvault using E-Mail Address or PVY-ID, see sent out Auth Codes by Signup or registering a new Device.
¶ API-Requests
See all made API-Requests and filter them, also for failed ones. And from which authorized or not authorized Users API request has been made.
