With your PVY-ID, you can access PVYserviceDesk to raise a support ticket with your request. Please note that support requests are handled on a best-effort basis unless you have an additional business SLA. However, we always strive to help you as soon as possible.
Our support team typically responds very quickly and will assist in resolving your issue. Log in with your PVY-ID at https://support.pvy.swiss. Access is automatically enabled with the Customer role. You can also save it as a web app to your desktop or home screen.
We encourage all PVY.swiss users to first read the documentation and watch our short video tutorials.
If you have training or onboarding requirements, you can choose a free onboarding session for a specific application titled “Application-Name | Getting Started” within the Customer Portal, which is accessible via our website. You can also configure specific training requests for various topics there. Simply submit the corresponding form to us, and we will be glad to provide the desired training.
With your PVY-ID email address, you can submit any bugs you find to our bug tracking system. The easiest way is to use the built-in Feedback Form within our desktop, web, or mobile apps.
This also allows the attachment of local logs, which aid in the analysis of the potential bug. We usually follow a strict release policy, but nobody is perfect.
As an organization admin or authorized personnel of your company, you can also view, add, or update issues directly in the customer portal of PVY.swiss AG, accessible via the login button in the upper right corner.
