It allows Organizations to manage and secure their IT-Environment, including Policy Management, Queries and checks against Vulnerabilities with CVE References, Software Inventory, OS Inventory, Controls, Scripting and Live Updating with MDM Features. Being Transparent to its users, they have access to the same Device Informations over the PVYdevices Desktop App, either on its OS Menubar or Systemtray.
We built-in 48 Basic Policies and 47 sophisticated Queries you can run periodically or manually against a single host or a host group, but also being able to upload a sh/bash script to maintain a certain host.
It let you immediately see, if there is unencrypted SSH Key somewhere on a host, or if there is a Software Application or OS with dedected Vulnerabilities, you can drill it down in a fraction of time to see, which hosts/clients are affected. Further more, you always have a direct link to its CVE-Record on NIST Database, so you can easy undestand the implications of that particular Vulnerability and make your measurements and actions accordingly. Often, but not always the solution is to update the Software itself.
Built-in Automatisation, both for Webhooks, Ticket Systems, such as PVYserviceDesk, Jira Service Desk or Zend Servicetesk, MDM Integration for macOS, iOS and Windows Systems, let you handle Incidents with User Integration for Self Service or Pushed and Management strictly by Policy and Incidents. Please note, in Order to use your Apple Devices with PVYdevices and the MDM Server, a Apple Device Management / Business Management Account is required with an Token for it, where you have to enlist your Apple Devices, managed not over your iCloud Account, but over PVYdevices and PVYmdm.
As your Organisation Admin, you log into your own PVYcentral. On left menu bar, click to «Applications» Menu, then click to
«PVYdevices». On Submenu “PVYdevices Agents” you have several settings, such as your subdomain where PVYdevices runs behind PVYvpn. Make sure its reachable for you and you can login there.
In the Middle you have the OS Checkboxes to check which Operating Systems you like to integrate within PVYdevices and PVYmdm. Hit then “Apply”. After 5 Minutes, you will find your own PVYdevice Desktop Agents, Signed under your TLD, for macOS Gatekeeper or Windows Firewall, ready to download and distribute on your Devices. Please note: PVYdevices runs within your own hermetically closed PVY@Cloud as Personal Cloud Environment and is not reachable over the Public Internet by default. Its reachable by ZeroConf only behind the stunning PVYvpn. Same for PVY@Office Appliances.
